Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Finance AI Circuit Pte. Ltd. ("Finance AI Circuit", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you visit financeaicircuit.life, submit enquiries, enrol in courses or interact with our services. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore and handle data with proportionality appropriate to a vocational training provider.
1. Data controller
Finance AI Circuit Pte. Ltd., UEN 202527389H, 79 Robinson Road, #21-01 CapitaSky, Singapore 068897. Email: [email protected]. Privacy enquiries: [email protected]. Phone: +65 6538 2194.
2. Scope of this notice
This notice applies to website visitors, waitlist subscribers, enrolled learners, corporate training buyers, alumni who remain in contact, and anyone submitting forms or emailing our Robinson Road team. It does not cover third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) that you may use during training under their own privacy terms.
3. Personal data we collect
Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, company name and job title when you enquire or enrol.
- Enrolment data: programme selection, attendance records, exercise submissions, capstone notes and certificate details.
- Communication data: messages sent via contact forms, email correspondence and support tickets.
- Transaction data: billing name, invoice references and payment confirmations processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited and referral source, collected via cookies and server logs where applicable.
- Preference data: cookie consent choices stored for one hundred eighty days.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as national identification numbers except where required for invoicing or regulatory record-keeping, in which case we limit collection to what is necessary.
4. How we collect personal data
We collect data when you submit the contact form on financeaicircuit.life (requiring explicit, unchecked-by-default PDPA consent), email or call our office, enrol in a programme or corporate engagement, attend in-person or online sessions where attendance is recorded, or browse our website triggering essential and — with consent — analytics cookies.
5. Purposes of use
We use personal data for legitimate business purposes connected to vocational education: responding to enquiries and providing programme information; processing enrolments, invoicing and attendance administration; delivering courses, workshops and corporate training; issuing participation certificates and course materials; improving website content and user experience (with consent for analytics); complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations in Singapore; protecting our rights and preventing fraud or misuse of contact forms including honeypot spam detection.
We do not use your personal data to provide investment advice, execute trades or sell data to third-party marketers without consent.
6. Legal basis and consent
Under the PDPA, we rely on consent, contractual necessity and legitimate interests as appropriate. Contact form submission requires a positive consent checkbox for PDPA purposes that is not pre-checked. Marketing emails require separate opt-in. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by emailing [email protected], though withdrawal may limit our ability to provide certain services you have requested.
7. Disclosure to third parties
We may share personal data with service providers who host our website, process email or handle payment transactions, bound by confidentiality obligations; professional advisers (lawyers, accountants) where necessary; and regulatory or law enforcement authorities when required by applicable law. We do not sell personal data. If we use overseas service providers, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection standards consistent with PDPA cross-border transfer requirements.
8. AI tools and learner data
Our courses teach use of third-party AI platforms. When you use those tools during training, their privacy policies govern data submitted to them. We instruct learners not to upload confidential third-party data, live banking credentials or full national ID numbers into public AI interfaces. Exercise samples use anonymised or synthetic datasets where possible. Classroom demonstrations may involve data you voluntarily enter — you remain responsible for redaction choices.
9. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary: enquiry records up to twenty-four months unless an enrolment relationship continues; enrolment and billing records for the minimum period required by Singapore tax and corporate law, typically seven years; cookie consent preferences one hundred eighty days; server logs up to twelve months unless needed for security investigation; marketing suppression lists indefinitely after unsubscribe to honour your choice.
10. Security measures
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards including HTTPS transport, access controls on a need-to-know basis and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we review practices periodically and respond to incidents where required by law.
11. Your PDPA rights
Subject to exceptions under the PDPA, you may request access to personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent; and request information about how your data has been used or disclosed in the past year. Submit requests to [email protected]. We respond within thirty days where practicable. A reasonable fee may apply to manifestly unfounded or excessive access requests.
12. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies load only after you accept or customise preferences via the cookie banner.
13. Automated decision-making
We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. Spam filtering on contact forms may use automated rules but human staff review legitimate enquiries.
14. Children
Our services target adults and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under eighteen without parental or guardian consent. Contact us if you believe we have collected a minor's data in error.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will change accordingly. Material changes may be communicated via website notice or email to active learners.
16. Complaints to the PDPC
If you are dissatisfied with our response to a privacy request, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC), Singapore: 5 Maxwell Road, #09-00 Tower Block, MND Complex, Singapore 069110. Website: www.pdpc.gov.sg. We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can address concerns promptly. Our Robinson Road team documents complaints, investigates factual circumstances and responds in writing within reasonable timelines consistent with PDPA guidance for vocational education providers.
17. Marketing communications
We may send programme updates, cohort announcements and corporate training offers to contacts who have opted in or who have an existing enrolment relationship. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages — enrolment confirmations, schedule changes, certificate delivery — are not marketing and may be sent without separate opt-in because they are necessary to perform our contract with you.
18. Data breach notification
If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in significant harm or affect a significant number of individuals, we will notify the PDPC and affected individuals as required under the PDPA and our internal incident response plan. We maintain contact paths for urgent privacy reports at [email protected].
19. Corporate training buyers
When your employer enrols a team, we may process employee names, work emails and attendance on behalf of the corporate client. The employer remains responsible for informing staff about the training purpose. We process participant data only to deliver the agreed syllabus and issue certificates; we do not use corporate learner lists for unrelated marketing without individual consent.
20. Public website analytics
Aggregate visit statistics — page views, session duration, referral sources — help us understand whether content about budgeting, tracking or forecasting modules is findable. Analytics runs only after cookie consent. We do not use analytics to build individual financial profiles or infer income levels from browsing behaviour.
21. Records access for learners
Active learners may request a summary of enrolment data we hold — attendance, certificate status, billing references — by emailing [email protected] from the email address used at enrolment. We verify identity before disclosure. Exercise submissions containing your financial examples may be deleted upon request after programme completion unless retention is required for dispute resolution or legal compliance. We respond to learner access requests within the timelines set out in section 11 above.
22. Links to other websites
Our site may link to third-party resources such as PDPC guidance or AI vendor documentation. Those sites have independent privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or data handling. Review their policies before submitting personal data elsewhere.
16. Contact and complaints
For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact [email protected] or write to Finance AI Circuit Pte. Ltd. at the registered address above. If you remain unsatisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore at 5 Maxwell Road, #09-00 Tower Block, MND Complex, Singapore 069110 · pdpc.gov.sg.
