These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to financeaicircuit.life and the vocational training services offered by Finance AI Circuit Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202527389H) ("Finance AI Circuit", "we", "us"). By using our website or enrolling in programmes, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. About Finance AI Circuit

Finance AI Circuit is a Singapore vocational training provider teaching AI-assisted financial management skills — budgeting, tracking, forecasting and reporting — for personal and business contexts. We are an education provider, not a licensed financial adviser, and we are not regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a financial institution. The domain financeaicircuit.life and the word "circuit" refer to connected finance workflows, not electronics repair, life coaching, trading platforms or investment products.

2. Website use

You may browse financeaicircuit.life for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. You must not attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data; transmit malware, spam or automated scraping that degrades site performance; reproduce, republish or commercially exploit site content without permission; or misrepresent affiliation with Finance AI Circuit. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.

3. Educational content disclaimer

All website text, course materials, facilitator commentary and AI-generated examples are for general educational purposes. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice tailored to your circumstances. AI tools taught in our programmes may produce inaccurate outputs. You are responsible for verifying information and consulting licensed professionals before making financial decisions.

4. No financial services

Finance AI Circuit does not hold, manage or transmit client funds; recommend specific securities, crypto assets or investment products; execute trades or operate payment or wallet services; or guarantee savings, returns, profit or any financial outcome. References to "circuit" describe connected finance workflows, not hardware repair, life coaching or trading algorithms.

5. Enrolment and fees

Programme availability, schedules and fees are confirmed at enrolment. Fees are quoted in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment terms appear on invoices or enrolment confirmations. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule cohorts with reasonable notice and a refund or transfer option where applicable. Indicative fees on marketing pages are not binding until confirmed in writing.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation policies are communicated at enrolment. Unless otherwise stated in your enrolment agreement: written cancellation more than fourteen days before programme start may qualify for a full refund minus administrative fees if any; cancellation within fourteen days may incur partial charges reflecting preparation costs; no-shows without prior notice are generally non-refundable. Corporate contracts may include separate terms superseding this section.

7. Learner conduct

Learners must behave respectfully toward facilitators and peers, comply with studio rules at CapitaSky, and refrain from sharing other participants' personal or financial information without consent. Recording sessions requires prior written approval. Using classes to promote unrelated investment schemes, harassment or introduction of malware will result in removal without refund.

8. Intellectual property

Course materials, slides, exercises, branding and website content remain the property of Finance AI Circuit or its licensors. Enrolment grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for learning during and after the programme. Redistribution, resale or public posting of proprietary materials is prohibited.

9. Third-party tools

Programmes reference third-party AI platforms and software. Your use of those tools is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party services and are not liable for their availability, pricing changes or data practices.

10. Certificates

Participation certificates confirm attendance in vocational training. They are not professional licences, accounting credentials or guarantees of competency or employment.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Finance AI Circuit and its directors, employees and facilitators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from website use or course participation, including loss of profits, data or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific enrolment shall not exceed fees paid for that enrolment, except where liability cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Finance AI Circuit against claims arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or reliance on AI outputs without appropriate verification.

13. Privacy

Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms where lawful.

17. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control — including government restrictions, venue unavailability at CapitaSky, facilitator illness, or widespread internet outages affecting online cohort delivery. Where force majeure prevents delivery, we will offer rescheduling or fee credit in good faith.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision shall be modified minimally to reflect the parties' original intent where possible.

19. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with enrolment confirmations, corporate statements of work and incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use and standard open cohort enrolment. Conflicting oral statements do not override written terms unless signed by an authorised officer of Finance AI Circuit Pte. Ltd.

20. Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice where required by law.

17. Eligibility and capacity

By enrolling, you confirm you are at least eighteen years old and have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. Corporate purchasers warrant they have authority to bind their organisation and to register named employees for training. Minors may participate only with documented guardian consent arranged in advance in writing.

18. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — including government restrictions, venue unavailability at CapitaSky, widespread internet outages affecting third-party AI platforms, instructor illness, or public health directives. In such cases we will offer rescheduling or proportional refunds as appropriate.

19. Assignment

You may not assign your enrolment to another person without our written approval. Transfer requests made more than seven days before cohort start may be accommodated subject to availability and an administrative fee if stated at enrolment. We may assign our rights and obligations under corporate contracts to a successor entity with notice.

20. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder continues in effect. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

21. Entire agreement

For programme participants, signed enrolment confirmations or corporate statements of work prevail over these website Terms where they conflict. For casual visitors, these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy constitute the full agreement regarding website use.

22. Studio access and safety

Learners must follow CapitaSky building rules, fire procedures, and instructor directions. We may deny studio access to individuals who create safety risks or disrupt sessions. Lost or damaged personal equipment on premises is your responsibility unless caused by our negligence.

23. AI output disclaimer

Programmes teach you to generate drafts using AI tools. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You must verify categorisations, totals, and forecast assumptions before relying on them for operational or reporting decisions. Finance AI Circuit is not liable for actions taken on unverified AI output.

24. Links and referrals

We may reference external tools for educational illustration. Links do not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party pricing, terms, data breaches, or service discontinuation.

25. Language

These Terms are written in English. Translated summaries for convenience do not override the English version if inconsistency arises.
